Adminly helps businesses manage Instagram customer conversations, catalog context, and operator-approved replies. We only process data needed to provide these workflows.

Data We Process

When a business connects Instagram, Adminly may process connected account identifiers, usernames, access tokens, webhook events, message text, conversation metadata, catalog references, and operational audit records.

How We Use Data

We use this data to receive incoming Instagram messages, display inbox threads, support human-reviewed replies, generate order drafts, and maintain security and diagnostics.

Storage And Security

Access tokens and sensitive integration credentials are encrypted at rest where supported. Access to workspace data is limited to authenticated workspace members.
